All the feed products that are prepared and sold by our supplier/s are not cooked. All of the igredients have come from human food plants inspected by Federal or Provincial agents. All of the ingredients are either immediately frozen or appropriately chilled and then frozen within a 24 hour period. All machinery that is used is regularly washed and disinfected on a regular basis. We do our absolute best to ensure all of our products are fresh and free of bacteria. 

Raw food must be maintained at -20 degrees celcius prior to being used.
